Any stomach conditions other than ulcers?

Has anyone any experiences of stomach problems/conditions other than gastric ulcers?

My mare has all the typical signs of ulcers but was scoped last week and was given the all clear.

I'm at a loss!!!

(ps I'm new, hope I'm doing this right!)

She may have hind gut ulceration/acidosis - the stomach is less than 10% of the alimentary tract but the only bit you can scope. Do a search on here for hind gut acidosis or google it.

There is also things like Inflammatory Bowel Diesease have sim symtoms to ulcers.

My mare has just been diagnosed with mild ulceration to the stomach, but the vet thinks this is a result of an inflamed bowel. She was colicking regularly, girthy and then went off her food. Certainly not a normal type for ulcers as she is a native on a forage only diet!
