Any TB owners ride in treeless saddles?

Hi, dooes anyone who owns a TB ride in treeless saddles and if so what do you use??

Yes I ride mine in a Solution Smart saddle. It may or may not be worth more than the horse but it's the loveliest thing I've ever ridden in, I've had it on everything from skinny sharksfin tb to a rolypoly pony and it fits them all and they all go brilliantly in it!

ETS: I think most tbs would only be happy in the gulleted type of treeless saddle

....oh, and Solution are offering a free trial/fitting of their sale saddles atm

^^^same, i have a smart jumping saddle and the old original dressage saddle...love the fact that when the horse change shape, as they can do on a monthly basis (sometimes) you can just add shimms and dont have to alter the whole saddle!

Edited to add...the original does not have a gullet but i use dorsal shims attached to the saddle cloth, plus he now has a decent topline!

I had mine made but it's a basic bareback pad with knee rolls and stirrups. We both love it.

I used an Ansur Konklusion and a HM Fhoenix with my TB ex Racer. Used an Equitex pad under the Fhoenix and did endurance/fun rides up to 20 miles in it (previous tendon issues prevented us doing more miles)

Hi, I have an Ansur classic (same as Solution energist but better made if you ask me) that I bought 8 years ago for my impossible to fit TB with huge scapulae. It completely freed his movement and within months he had a beautiful top line.
I would recommend these saddles 100%.
I am currently selling this saddle if you are interested - I have downsized to a 13.2 and the saddle is too long for him. I bought the Solution Energist for my new pony however wish I had imported an Ansur!
