Any thoughs on Chin Chin as a sire?

I would like to know what these guys are like, i know very little about Chin Chin's progeny, i have also hardly ever seen and Chin Chin stallion other than Phin Phin.

The stallion has such a lovely write up i would like to know a bit more.

Also what does he cross well with?

Would a crossing between a Burgraff or a Cassin II be nice?
 
although you dont see many stallions by him you see him in lots of pedigrees, especially on the mares side. the young stallions eurocommerce london and querlybet hero both have him on the dams side and his influence on studs cans be seen with the likes of musterd. i saw phin phin the other week at the radstake stallion show along with some his sons, ultimo and zip phin, and some of his grand sons.

What did you think of them dd?
 
i really liked them, i've liked most the phin phins i have ridden but i prefer the mares out of the ones i've sat on. ultimo was at roelofs for a bit and i rode him a couple of times, he was nice but not my cup of tea. he has left roelofs now and is being ridden by ester for the radstake. she is also riding zip phin who is out of a lux mare. he wasn't being ridden that night but i've seen him over here with anna beck and stuart neads.

there were some lovely phin phin and ultimo foals there, along with foals and youngstock from tangelo, vigaro and dubai. some of the vdl stallions were there including cardento and a promising young son of his. the young stallion berlini was there who i saw the previous week at the eurocommerce stallion show. the young clinton x skippy stallion diabeau was there jumping, looked quite nice.

i also went to the enterbrook stallion show, must be almost a month ago now, but there wasn't anything there that really grabbed me. sandro beast was probably one of the nicer ones, but he did get a bit nappy coming round to the fence.
