Any thoughts on Home Farm or Welldale yards near East Leake?

As the title really? Does anyone have any direct experience of being on either of these yards?

No experience myself on either of these. My friend had one on home farm and didn’t mention anything to worry about. Have you considered Gunns just on the outskirts in Gotham? That’s a good yard with good facilities too!
