Any thoughts?

A girl at the yard (who has worked there for years) could not catch a pony (that has also been there years, so now each other quite well!)

I have been helping out at the yard saturday mornings for about a year now and I said I would give it a go at catching her, thinking I would not be able to do it as she can be a pain to catch sometimes.

Any how got to the field and tempted her with the bucket of feed the girl left down there. It took a few minutes but I did not have any problems really in catching her!

So I would like your thoughts on why a pony would let me catch her when someone who has alot more experience could not?

Probably because the pony wasn't expecting you to catch her.

Equines are canny buggers at times but can be easily tricked others..

Hmm yep i guess it is that....

My pony won't let anyone but me catch him.. he's a funny pony!
