Any tips for severe itching?

That's what we've got, the vet said that the Nicotinamide in it will help the immune system and stop the itching but that it was best fed from before the midges take hold. Fingers cross it helps at least. We got deosect for topical application. Vet said 10ml deosect in 500ml of water, cover the horse with mixture once every 2 weeks.

Marmite for sweet itch too. Marmite butty. Another thing that might be worth a try.
