As per the title really, am off for a bit of horse retail therapy this weekend and want to get my girl a hood. She is grey and filthy, uses her poo as a pillow!!! 
not helpful before a show!
She has quite a big neck and chest being IDxWB. She is 17.1ish so any good 'larger' ones?
I have seen a few which have a zip to put on which would be helpful as she is a bit stroppy about having things put over her head at times!
Basically can anyone recommend good makes? I am confused about material as surely lycra would be hot this time of year?? But i am also really worried it might slip round if not lycra? And i am a real worrier so prob would put it on, go home, not sleep then return to the yard in my jamas in the middle of the night to check and then end up sleeping there!
Any tips or hints gratefully received!
