Hi there.
I'm from NZ but living in Cardiff for a couple of years. Was thinking with summer coming around I'd have time for some volunteering after work/weekends and wondered if anyone could give me some suggestions. I'm a pretty experienced rider, was head instructor at my local PC, have ridden plenty of youngsters, TB's both on and off the track, capable with youngstock including some full breaking-in, working with significant behavioural issues, mid level competition experience (dressage is my main competitive interest as I'm a wimp when the jumps get over a metre). Prefer working with horses to teaching people but as long as it isn't little kids (not that I don't like kids, I just prefer teaching older kids/adults or more advanced kids) I'd consider anything as I'm missing my horses like mad. The only problem is I don't have a car. Any suggestions appreciated.
Thanks.

What about RDA at Pontcanna (City of Cardiff Riding School)? It's easy to get to on public transport and they do a lot there for people of all ages and are always after volunteers.

It's a shame you don't have a car as I'm looking for a sharer for my 16.2 IDx but he's in the middle of nowhere and I need someone who can do days when I have to work late so wouldn't even be able to give you a lift.
