Any XC - Aberdeenshire?

I see Aswanley BE has just been cancelled, very sad for all involved. I wasn't competing as horse not ready yet but I might have fancied their usual day after open XC day, anyone know if they'll perhaps open up the course next week (once ground dries out)? Meantime, does anyone know of any XC's coming up (hunter paces or whatever). The only one I've found is Mosswood having a hunter pace on the 28th. Really want to get horse out to a few XC practices before winter hits!

Thanks - is Philorth holding any other events this year? I heard the course was being stopped as well, do you know if its true? Its a bit of a hike from me but I always love Philorth!

No more events there. Course will stay open until ground too wet. Sue Hendry and Julia Gourlay take groups there for sessions. Maybe get in touch with them.

I've just got an email through about a hunter pace at burgie on 5 October.

Everything seems to be being cancelled either due to ground or lack of entries (the BHS hunter trials at Auchlishie been cancelled for this!!). So gutted Aswanley was cancelled as couldn't get a lift to burgie for this weekend!! That's us now for the season I think...
