Anybody got a Troxel Sierra helmet?

Hi everybody as title really

Do they actually keep your head cool as there meant too? I get a incredibly horrible and sweaty head everytime I even put my champion ventair on, it
doesn't seem to let any air in at all.

I wear a Troxel Spirit if it helps. Yes the air vents are lovely, the faster you go the more cooling air comes in. I could never go back to an enclosed helemt.. In the winter I have a waterproof hat cover which fits over the hat as otherwise you obviously get a wet head when it rains.

i had one and thought it was really uncomfortable, gave me a headache every time i wore it. Swapped it for 2 riding lessons!!

Not quite answering your question , I'm afraid but I have the Troxel Legacy Gold , wear it mainly on Trec Orienteering and bring it on riding hols , its very light and definitely much cooler than my Charles Owen Ventura.
Fit is not as good on me as the CO but fit is always an individual thing, anyway.
I have the waterproof cover as well in case it rains hard.
