Thought I'd ask on here as any medical websites just frighten the life out of me...
I've had real bad pain in the si region for about 4 weeks now. 3 visits to the chiro have made it better but it's still painful and there's a lot of heat.
Have been to the GP as well, she was absolutely NO help whatsoever.
Anyway,i think the bones are ok now but something is still sore, I'm not sure if it's muscles or the actual joints (horror stories on some websites about this!!)
Of course the weather has not helped things at all, with the horses in 24/7 and no water...
So, I'm wondering whether to try Bowen?? or sportsmassage??
or any supplements?? I'm already taking msm and glusamine, omega 3 etc..
Any advice anyone can give me to get rid of this pain would be greatly appreciated - am really worried that this will seriously affect my riding and abitity to look after the horses...
Thanks a lot.
