Shameless link to my property which is for sale. The advert is on Horse and Hound online and in next weeks magazine.

8 acres, 4 bedrooms, sandschool, stables. Hacking distance to competition centre.

My reference is HHO:289093 on the property page.

I guess this is ok to do, seeing as I have paid for an advert on Horse and Hound.

thanks

Promise if I win the lottery on Friday - I'll buy - it's beautiful. Failing a win ..good luck with your sale x

WOW!!!! If my lottery numbers come up, I'll have it! Keep your fingers crossed for my numbers coming up on Friday. It sounds like my perfect property!

if you market it as '''just like cornwall but not as expensive'' you'll probably get a lot more interest! People dont realise what pembrokeshire is like and how similar (including the old dialect) it is to cornwall. If your house was in cornwall it would be sold by now!
:D

What a shame it's west not east, I'd have been waving it under OH's nose otherwise! Good luck, gorgeous property - have you got it on ruralscene too?

Nice place, too big for us though, don't need stables unfortunately, just a large workshop!
We are moving to Wales when we sell our house, near to Llandysul, a bungalow with large garden for the dogs and for me to grow my own fruit & veg, as well as a workshop for me to work from home in.
Good luck with your sale, Oz :)

Thanks for lovely comments everyone.

Cuppatea - yes, cornwall properties sell really quickly, don't they. My husband has family there.
BoolavogueDC - no, not got it on Rural scene. Perhaps I will give them a call.
Cremedementhe - the neighbouring farmer will buy my land in a shot, if thats any help to you? And the stables are just block squares within an american barn. Blocked up to about chest height. Easy to pull down. In fact, the barn wasn't used for stabling before I bought it. It was a potato chitting shed. The garden is about an acre. There is also a block built building at the bottom of the garden, which might be suitable as a workshop too.

When you put smallholdings wales in, its one of the first things that comes up *that and smallholding-wales.co.uk* - so thought it might be worth a try :D
