Anybody tow horse with mazda cx5 ??

Looking to get the 2.2 sport nav as it seems to have lots of good reviews for towing and i have a mazda 3 at the min which i like . They just dont look big enough lol i know they have 2000kg tow limit but worries if they have enough grunt for hills ECT! I would only be towing 1 x 600kg horse . Just don't want to get one and find it's not suitable .

If trailer is say 900kg with 600kg horse then that is only using 75& of the towing capacity so should be ok
Depending on plated weights of vehicle and trailer will determine whether a B or B+E licence is needed

I have one and an Ifor 403 for one horse. I love it. You can hardly tell you’re towing and it feels like there’s still loads of power left on the hills.

This is good to know how big is your horse ?

He’s about 480 / 500kg.

Yes it tows my 505 & horse no problem.
