Anybody used rapestraw bedding for a wet horse?

Well I use it, and did for the eight months my mare was on box rest. I would deep litter it during the week then do a clean out every weekend. It was really good considering she was peeing on it 24/7. She's not necessarily a wet horse. The wet generally lumps together very well so you can seperate it out very easily.
