Anybody used The Horse Bit Bank?

Hi,

I placed an order with The Horse Bit Bank early last week, paid online & for next working day delivery. I have not yet received my bit, yet the money has gone from my account. I have emailed several times, left a few voicemails and heard nothing back from them.

Just wondered if anybody else has had issues with the company before?

I've used this one too and always had excellent service and prompt replies to emails. They even emailed whilst away at a show and apologised for the delay in answering - they answered by blackberry on the Sunday when I'd only sent the email on the Friday! Hardly what I call a delay
 
Yes, that's the company....

I emailed a few weeks ago asking for advice and received a really friendly, helpful reply almost instantly so I am sure there is a perfectly reasonable explanation for this gliche. :(
 
Are these the same peoples the bit bank on eBay? If it is they're fab for me, bought a bit about 3 months ago and it arrived the same week I ordered it and they also have about 100% feedback so other people clearly like the too :)
