Anyone actually managing to ride?

Not a lot of snow here, and no-one rides on the roads anyway, but yes, most of my Boarders are riding.

It is quite possibly the most frustrating thing in the world. Managed to walk in the school today which was better than nothing. And I didn't die - there's an achievement!

been driveing my cob out as norm, two get feed and beding, we are bare foot so we go any were all year cume rain or snow, would say sun but we dont get much of that

In three weeks maybe twice. I am sooooo fed up and also a bit worried as I know it's going to be hellish getting on them for the first time. Thing is I was told that the hunt had shot four horses in a week as they'd broken legs out in fields and under saddle. That totally erased any impatience I had that may well have led to me attempting half an hour. What on earth will we do if it goes on like this for weeks?????

It better not go on for weeks, or I'm sure our beloved horses will forget what it is to be ridden! I actually managed to walk around the school today with my cob who is barefoot so not so slippy, thank god for that. And I didn't die - Achievement of the year :)

Riding in the snow in the woods - magic - moonlight ride this evening! Saw deer close up.

Nice canter back along the tracks.

But then we're barefoot so the snow doesn't bother us. ;)

That must have been really boring - so glad I have not been out for 3wks if thats all I am missing:D
