Wonder what is the problem, maybe a bargain for someone who wants a nice youngster to start off?

Do you know what's causing his unlevellness?

He's certainly a handsome chap - did you breed him? Who were his parents??

Thanks guys for your comments.

Hes had an operation to remove a bone chip due to OCD in his hock joint.

The vet gave him the all clear two weeks ago, but on lungeing him last week, I can see stiffness in the leg that they operated on. The vet still wants me to carry on working him. He also has a tipped pelvis which is making him unlevel which I am having the bowen technique for.

My problem is that I have 5 other horses taking up my time and a toddler as well so I struggle to give him the attention he deserves.

Bugger - what a shame.

We had one at my place that was a field ornament for 12 years because of a stifle problem.

He had a very happy life, was the boss of the field and really did not mind not being worked.

Is that an option for this lad??

It is a definate option. Hes such an easy horse to keep as well - he doesn't mind being on his own either. If he doesn't improve in 2-3 months I think thats what he will be!! A bit of a big field ornament though! I have owned him since he was 9 months old so I am very fond of him.

What a shame such a lovely chap! If i had the room i would defo have him but sadly i dont or the money

Thanks guinness, its been an agonising last few months. Will definately keep you posted. I only put the advert out last night just to test the water so to speak, as it would really have to be the right home.

Oh is so sad when this happens to a lovely young horse. Will keep my fingers crossed for you both. Somethings get better or maybe he will just have a mechanical unsoundness which causes no discomfort in time.
If he would be suitable for hacking and local dressage I may be interested I like a nice looking horse but not really capable of much at my age!
