AVOID EQUESTRIAN CLEARANCE!

I ordered a pair of Size 5 Jodphur boots.

Boots arived Box said 5, boots were a 6.

They made me pay £7.50 delivery to have them sent back to get the right size even though it was their fault.

Boots were sent back. News ones delivered to me Box said 5, boots were a 6!

Took me half an hour on the phone to finally get them to pay for these boots to be sent back to them, and for them to refund me the original price and extra delivery costs!

Wouldnt touch them with a barge pole!

Nope - me neither!

Don't have experience of Equestriansupplies, but have heard good things about Tackdirect, but I guess it all depends on how lucky you are.

That's odd re. equestrian clearance... they sent me the wrong spurs once, but refunded me for them + postage straight away, no questions asked. Haven't bought from equestrian supplies, though.
