Anyone bought from equus.co.uk?

I've just ordered some breeches from them and they contacted me to check with me about sizing as the make I'd bought apparently come up small. That's what I call customer service, a thing that seems to be sadly lacking with so many retailers these days.

They do have some lovely stuff on their website :)

Same here, they're good. Some v smart breeches and they have a good range of HKM and similar. I've used them a few times and been pleased, inc with the speed of order, delivery and handling returns (sometimes refunds takes a bit longer than say amazon or ebay but still ok in my book as you'd expect the big retailers to be a bit slicker).
 
Used this site to get a couple of things for a friend's birthday, seems to be a really good company. Items were despatched quickly and they even included a packet of polos! Will not hesitate to use them again.
 
I have used them a lot. They are excellent, great service, quick delivery and good packaging plus competitive prices. I've never had a problem or issue with anything they have sent so can't comment on returns. They were able to source an out of stock item for me as well. They are my 'go to first' supplier at the moment: in fact I think I have a shopping basket with a few items in it at the moment.
 
Probably useless for your benefit by now, but for others finding this thread might help..
I bought some underbreeches from Equus, fine everything went great.
I then bought some equetech waterproof from them, I had them a maximum of two months and the lining all came away like cling film and came apart, not waterproof any more at all, contacted Equus with photos they said yeah return them so I did, well that was January, they claim they still haven't received them, ignore my emails more often than not and I'm still no further and £50 out of pocket. Any other company would just refund or exchange with the photos and proof of postage.. not Equus! They acting like I've sent them something other than the waterproofs and just hoped they would go missing in the post?!?!? Very very bad customer service. Won't use them again that's for sure!

I know that your return was safely received and you were refunded, although this did take a while to do. The reason for the delay in processing your return was due to a handover with a new member of staff which meant your return was overlooked. I know that once this was discovered we refunded you immediately. Once again I'm sorry about that and I'm also sorry to hear you won't be shopping with us again. See, I really like this reply and it all seems very professional. But then, there was another (current) thread about equus on here the other day that had me look at the Facebook page and the comments on each thread were awful. I suspect the more recent issue is now greater than one refund missed due to a handover to one new member of staff.
