I placed an order with this company on fb way back in december and when it eventually came the order was wrong. I've had promise after promise made as to when i'd have my correct order over the past 6 months but each time the promised date they'd arrive on has past. It got too the point where I asked for a full refund as I was fed up with being messed around, they sent a message back saying they'd send the correct order out. I was unable to reply for a few days due to internet problems and when I tried to reply to them I have found out I have been blocked. I am slightly annoyed about this!

Has anyone had similar problems with this company before, if so how did you resolve it?

Does anyone know any alternate contact details for this company or know how I can get my money back, I paid by bank transfer.

You need to take steps towards instigating the small claims procedure.

Write them a letter setting out the terms of the original contract: what they agreed to supply, what you paid, and when it was all to happen.

Then detail the breach of contract: failure to perform on their part, failure to refund you thereafter.

Try and put dates in if you have any evidence to that effect. Finish up by requesting payment again and give them a time limit, eg 10 working days.

Send it off special delivery to their trading address. Do you have an address?

This is the 3rd one of these I've read in far too short a time. I'm now making myself a list (in case I forget who they are) of companies that are behaving this way and therefore to be avoided. I don't care if they have other 'satisfied' customers - if they do it to one/a few/some people, they may do it to me too. NOT!

I too have the same problem, ordered in October, and eventually got 3 of the fillers I ordered, and the FREE one never came. I have been given excuse after excuse and promised another free filler, so I am now awaiting 2!! Seems I have been blocked also on Facebook. Not a happy bunny!!!

I have just had a delivery of stands and fillers from the Equestrian Jump Co in Berwickshire they are all as stated on the web site and came the next day after paying for them. No money was taken until the delivery was ready to leave.
It is always a worry with these companies but I am pleased to say all was well with Louise.

I bought some from them about a year ago & the service was swift with no hassle. However my friend ordered some before Xmas & has had nothing but trouble. They sent the wrong fillers, so she sent them back, they kept promising the right ones were on the way, now they've blocked her & she still doesn't have her fillers. It's a shame because they have some nice stuff. Try Hope Horse Jumps on Facebook instead, they did us a nice filler for PC as a promotional offer & they seem to do pretty much whatever you want. I've just ordered some spread wings from them x

Haven't got an address and cant look on their fb as i've been blocked. Think I may have found a telephone number (might be landline) and email so is it worth using these?

I actually spoke to someone this morning, albeit not much help but his 'mum' is meant to be calling me back after 3pm. I can see me calling every hour on the hour!! :) :) Will keep you updated :)
