Hmmm, the jury’s out for me. Ordered something 2 weeks ago and not heard a dicky-bird since…..they did of course take payment immediately!
 
Oooh, that doesn't sound great. I think I'll leave my purchase then, and keep looking. Thanks for letting me know and I hope your stuff arrives soon. Fingers crossed for you.
 
Hi I ordered a Gatehouse HS1 Helmet from them yesterday, received an email to say I would receive it today, and it arrived today at the time they said it would in an email they sent me this morning. Excellent service IMO.
