We have just had a new horse to the yard who looks like this. Height is all correct but he is 15 not 13 so probably not the same horse but I will look carefully today when I'm there to check out the markings.

Having looked closely at the new horse on the yard he doesn't have the snip but the rest of the details do match.However I doubt it will be him.
