Anyone clipped yet??

My beast is SO hairy that it's all coming off tomorrow (Barr his feather of course)

Yep clip all year round. Gets very warm and worked 6 days a week.

Clipped the cob today as he's started hound exercising & cubbing. He sweats like crazy unless he's clipped out!

For the first time in 4 years, I Havn't clipped. She's still got her summer coat, although she's moulting like mad.
I think I'll have to clip in about a month. Astonishing!!!!

Im not clipping this year as the neddy is out of work, probs till x mas time maybe (hopefully sooner)

I gave my very hairy cob a full clip at the weekend. Out over night with a lightweight turn out rug on and fly rug during the day. If temp stays in double figures over night he will be fine, but will start with neck and mid weights if temps starts dropping orwe get rain. He would have been beside himself this week in the sunshine with his heavy coat and no chance of riding.

Still waiting for his winter coat to grow fully, I don't want to have to clip twice if I can help it.

actually plan to clip both mine this weekend, while it is still so warm out, they have both grown a fair amount of coat already!
