Anyone compete PREs? New champs

Yes, though I can't say I'm that excited about it :p It's a nice thing to do to get more people into BD I suppose. I'm not a member of BAPSH though so it's probably that that's irritating me. I don't want to cough up more money to join more things. Also bad timing with the other Iberian champs that has just been announced, that you ALSO have to join another organisation to compete in. Would rather just stick with BD! :D

I'm gunning for the feral welsh cob champs as Kira needs some rosettes. Millie has already told me that she won't consider the veteran champs, as she doesn't look a day over.. um... 14??
 
great, any promotion of these super horses is a step in the right direction, I breed Tres Sangres and think is it time to shine the spotlight on Spanish breeds pre, tres sangres, hispano arabs etc, after all these are the REAL dressage horses!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Yes, saw that. Hmmm, might be tempted to venture over across the pond again.................We barely have dressage at all here, let alone breed-specific champs.
 
Bapsh have been running their own championship until now. Perhaps BD are taking an opportunity to get some new members. It's certainly an opportunity to promote some lovely horses...
 
So they need more promotion? I would have thought of all breeds people know what they are and what they can do? Seems a bit mean on every other breed!

haha ester, I just affiliated her & we've joined the big boys at normal BD!! 55% indoors and 70% outdoors at last outing,blooming welsh spookpot ;) Having always competed on unlikely dressage horses I am happy to muck in with the WBs these days.
