OH works out of stirling, so looks like we may need to move in spring but terrified I cant find what we need! Looking for 4/5 bed home with ideally a couple acres or to rent nearby. North of Stirling only, up to about 1 hour away. Ideally Crieff / Dunblane type area but am flexible as I know our budget wont go far in these areas (max £450k).

If anyone's thinking about selling soon please let me know. Possible part swap for our 4 bed cottage with an acre paddock with stabling (3 extra large stables) and outbuildings in Aberdeenshire...

I had a nosy at that one and was intrigued by what appeared to be an oval track that you can see on the video I think. So I google mapped it, thinking it might be a gallops, but from the satellite view you can see several ovalish tracks, some of which appear to be newer than others. So I wondered if they were a track system but why would you need to keep moving a track system? And I can't see any evidence from the air.

I tried 'driving' down the roads that street view would let me but couldn't see anything from the road.

I'm so nosy, but I'm dying to know what they are.

Think the OP was looking only north of Stirling and this isn't but it is a nice, quiet little backwater on the road to these houses, we deliver hay to a couple and I've seen kids out playing on their bikes.

It’s not the best of areas around Stirling to live and most of the properties are trotter owners, a whole raft of trotter trainers live next to the motorway. The lovely new crematorium is close by and whenever the new bit of Stirling gets built it’s on the opposite side of the motorway. Actually I think the property is too small for Magicmelon and not in the catchment area of the preferred schools.
