Anyone doing/done this course am very interested

Hi Jess I have nearly completed a two year HND course at Nottingham and have enjoyed so much gonna saty for another two years for the FdSc degree, It is a brill way to get your BHS Stages and work with other horses.

Highly recommend the course as its all interesting, go for it!!

I dont know much about the course, but I can reccomend merrist wood and guildford. Looks interesting though. It would tie in horses with some of the buisness stuff you have already done Good luck!

Yep and merrist wood/guilford isnt too far from home, which would make life a lot easier! Thats my current idea trying to combine business and horses.

Managed to post twice. Bl**dy proxy error!

I am hoping to go back in to full time education in September to do that course at Merrist Wood. We may be there at the same time! Have you done your A Levels?

I did the same course at ND level at Warwick after leaving school and loved it- gutted I am not in a position to go back there but sure Merrist Wood will be good. I can't wait to be back outdoors instead of stuck in the office (If I get in!)

See thats the same reason I am looking at this, am trying to combine two things I am good at! well who knows think A trip to the college carrer suite is in order! I tried the software thats supposed to predict what your good at but because they combined animals and plants in one categary it rated that as a bad match for me! horse groom was right near the bottom lol

Just curious as to why you are doing a foundation degree after an HND - as these are generally the same level of qualification? Sorry, I work in education and am just being nosy!! Most students at our College will do a Foundation Degree or HND and then top up to a BSC unless they are changing subject area.
