Anyone else a cruel horse owner today?

Mine is out in the rain as he refuses to be stabled much prefers to be out in all weathers - it would be cruel for me to bring him in as he hates it so much.

He does not have rug on either - I don't bother with the LW as he only trashes them - he gets his HW on when it is really cold eg -1 but that is it - and it is how he was designed to be - hardy NF.

My horse and his friend are happily tucked up in their stables tucking into a nice net of hay.
Mind you, its only because I happened to be working from home today so am able to get down early. Otherwise they would be roughing it in the rain!

Spooks is out stark naked, but he does have access to his stable if he wants it - he never goes in though so it cant be that bad!!

Nope, but will be tomorrow! Has been out in her LW rug all week for riding purposes, she wouldn't have had it on otherwise!

Mine is out in the rain and stark nekked - good thing too since she's been rolling round the mud-shallows like a wallowing piglet.

I thought it was just me ! got to the yard last night and everyone else's was rugged in their stables. left mine to cope naked through the 16'C dry july night in windproof stable ( cant go out overnight as too fat too much grass walks through fences to greener areas and refuses to wear grazing mussel ) !

I'm more evil than the lot of you. Mine are out naked all year (they have access to a stable 24/7). What's more, I rode my exmoor last night after bathing his tail abscess. He looked very attractive with a big poultice splodge on his bum!

That's it. I'm turning myself in.

All of mine are out. Two of the foals will come back in tonight the rest are living out now. Only the filly foal who has been ill has a rug on, everyone else is naked!

Bear and Buddie are out in MW's and Bertie's in the stable till later as he has no rug, and he's a little wimp , he shivers!
