Have full clipped my three comp horses today....
Had two lessons at weekend and the horses got so sweaty they had to have a warm wash down after. So today clipped them out.
Probably need doing again in three or four weeks hehe

Not yet, haven't really thought about it yet tbh although my ISH was completely dripping in sweat after our lesson on Saturday.....not sweaty at all after two tests on Sunday though so I think she can wait a while yet!

(Ideally would like to leave them till end of October as I am hopefully going on holiday at some point before then!).

Not yet, but Kal was very sweaty after a fast hack today and is getting quite woolly already so it won't be long. Like 3Beasties, I am hoping to stretch it until the end of October, but he is going to be hunting so it may have to be before that . . .

Yup, Genie was clipped yesterday. I did meant to just trim her legs and jowl as normal, but got a bit carried away with my new clippers! One full clip later.....

Wow it it that time of year already? No I won't clip until I really have to (if I really have to!) my horses work has been so on and off due to one thing or another but in fact he's not really a sweaty horse anyway :)
Which is good because although I love smart clipped horses I hate clipping!

My 'hairy' will be done by the middle of next month. I'm giving his coat a chance to grow through before i clip. He's still out naked at the moment and making good use of the coat he's putting up!.. after all, i guess that's why Mother Nature gives it to them!!,..although he has been casting since mid flippin' August (when it was still very warm!).

Mine both look like wooly mammoths (as I refuse to rug them up to their eyeballs like everyone else seems to have done, so they're still naked!).
Giz will get clipped before her next event at end of Sept. Aoife will be clipped before we readvertise her some time this month. Can't wait to have 2 sleek, smart horses, but I'm not looking forward to them having rugs on!
