Anyone else cut their hayage yet?

As per title really, our yard was a invaded with hi tech scary looking farm machinery and were baleing up haylage last night, not sure if the hay's been cut and turned yet but just wondered who else has started?

Ours was cut yesterday... need to have both silage and haylage made (got cattle too!) so whether this cut ends up as haylage or silage depends on weather!

Likely to be silage though since its meant to rain tomorrow...

We're in Devon and made some in the first week of June. A lot of the farmers around here made their first cut at the end of May.

In East Yorks, I noticed some big bales of hat in one of the barns so it looks like he's done a bit of both, still got another field to cut yet though, they got it in at the right time as its checking it down here now.

Haylage cut last week in May for us - I think the local farmers were hoping a haircut and the expected rain would kickstart it all growing again (we've had no rain since beginning of March).
