its taken a long time for me to get to this stage, but I can confidently say, I feel content. I am falling for my pony more and more each day,:o its coming into summer, my OH is just....well, him! Benson is in his final resting place, YEP, I can see light at the end of this very long dark tunnel!:D:D

Sounds like everything is in its place, good for you! I will be happy when I finally hand in my last essay today.. and will be even happier when all 3 exams are done! :D Until then, I will be a very moody stress head :o

aahh is so good to here that you are feeling good as it has been a very long and not very nice experience these last few months!!!! And yes i am feeling very happy too, off out soon for a nice ride with mum :)

Good to hear hun....all coming to it's conclusions and happy times ahead.

I'll be better at the end of the day when i'm released from the office!!

I was a very happy bunny as finally cantered my girl in a field last weekend (big deal for me) and she's looking good and getting fit, and then cracked a rib playing rugby on sunday and now am ouchy and can't ride my girl or even do much with her so not such a happy bunny! But, its sunny, nearly cider o'clock and reckon I should be riding again next week (will just take more painkillers, lol!)

What a lovely post! So glad you are feeling like you are getting to a good place.

And yes I'm extreamly happy right now. I love my horse, he's beyond everything I ever wanted or expected and after 3 days at my very first camp (42 years old and I was like a kid in a candy shop!) I can honestly say I can't imagine ever wanting another horse because he's perfect. He had so many compliments and despite being the only short hairy monster there he held up against everyone and was still bouncing til the end. Summer is on it's way (despite the rain!!), I've got myself a little lorry to get out and about in, my beautiful TB is on loan to the most lovely kid who adores her and together they are learning to enjoy life and my ancient old wonky dog has been given the all clear from cancer so life is very very good right now. :D

Benson so glad you are where you are now. And that Donovan's making such a difference, you picked the perfect pony at just the right time to help get you back on a happier path after everything that had happened. Hope you have a lovely summer with him.

What lovely post to read Benson after your tough times. Hope you have a lovely long summer with your new pony.

I'm happy too - my horse is finally allowed to go out after 5 months box rest / cross tying with a fractured leg. My pony is being lovely and we are going to our first dressage next week for months (everything went on hold after my horse was injured) I also have another whole week off work and the sun is shining. Happy days :)
