Last year my friend treated himself to a pair of boots at his last 3 day eventing the season. Unfortunately the stand did not have his size but would order them and post them to him, friend paid and boots turned up 4 wks later but not the right fit. On contacting trade stand he was put in contact with brogini who said they would make a " made to measure" pair for him for extra £££ so friend paid as he liked the idea of new comfy boots. After 3 months, loads of phone calls and awful service, boots turn up NOT made to measure and a size too small. So friend rang them up and they where very rude refused to refund and they would get him a new pair made, they will be with him in 3 weeks !!! He has his first comp of the season at the weekend. In all he has pretty much been waiting for a £500 pair of boots for 5 months.

We ordered a pair (junior boots) from a trade show and when I came home I saw they were cheaper on their website . I also saw that they came in 2 calf fittings whereas the salesman had told us there was only one fitting and wasnt sure if it would be wide enough. I contacted them and they did refund the difference (apparently the salesman had actually ordered the wrong ones ) and ordered the correct ones. However, delivery took a lot longer than quoted, but they did always respond to me when I contacted them, so I wasn't too displeased with the service.

However I do know someone who ordered boots, they took months to arrive (I think they ordered in December, was told 4 weeks and actually received them in May!). When they arrived, the zip broke on first use!

I ordered a pair of the standard dressage long boots from them at Your Horse live at the beginning of November (not direct, but via one of their suppliers)
I was originally told they were in stock, but just not on the stand, so would be with me in a week or so. They weren't, so I emailed and called and got no response, Saw the supplier at Olympia, and asked where my boots were, told they weren't in stock so would take up to 8 weeks.
10 weeks passed and I still didn't have them, so I emailed again, got a bit stroppy and threatened to cancel my order, and they eventually arrived about 13 weeks after I originally ordered them.
They are a great fit though, and I love them now they have finally arrived!

i ordered some about 2 years ago from their website. they had none in my size available so i measured my legs and ordered some with the measurements i had taken.
when they arrived a couple of weeks later i thought they were miles too small around the calf.
i was going to send them back because i could barely fasten the zip. decided i couldnt be bothered to pay the postage :P so kept them and forced them on. they quickly stretched to a comfortable size and now fit perfectly.

obviously leather has quite a bit of give in it so i'd suggest trying to stretch them if they are too small? it worked for me and i love mine ^^ best riding boots i've ever spent £200 on
i've had them 2 years now never once cleaned them they are covered in mud and the leather hasn't shown even a single sign of rot. i'm quite pleased ... altough i should probably clean them

Funny I should be reading this thread after having yet another call with Brogini this morning.

Ordered at Olympia (made to measure)
Told arrival in late Jan/earlyFebruary
Arrived in March
Wrong boots
Called Brogini
Said they would call back
Never did
Called again
Picked up boots
Told they would be back in 2 weeks
No boots
Called Brogini
Said they would call back
Never did
Called again
Told the boots are in Italy

4 months for some boots!

Summary - Never going to buy from them again. Awful service, would rather spend more and get the service that that sort of price boots should come with.

I bought direct from their website with fantastic range of sizes off the shelf and no problems at all with the service or the boots.
