Anyone else had this problem with wood pellets? where do you buy yours?

Ive been using wood pellets for a while now
I never used to have any issues, but the last two pallets Ive ordered, the bottom bags have been broken (the weight of the others pushing them through the gaps in the pallet) So Ive lost maybe 9 or 10 bags over the last two pallet loads. I did write to the company and they did replace the first ones for me.
But now Im loathed to order from there again. Has anyone else had this?

Where do you get your wood Pellets from?

Maybe if they were concerned enough to replace the bags they will also have done somthing about the pallets used. It wouldnt put me off reordering,though I might remind them of the problem when I put in the order.

I used to use Liverpool Wood Pellets, I currently use Verdo that I buy myself from a local supplier (was having one of my support local businesses and less CO2 if it's not delivered in an artic phases).
Never had a problem with LWP, and Verdo I collect myself in my car.
