Anyone else have muddy fields already?

As the title really!! Been so much rain over the last few weeks that already our fields are muddy in places. Anyone else the same??

Yes

My mare walks along the top fence line and it's already muddy and slippy! I hate mud!

Nope mine are as dry as a bone. We have had some rain but not too much yet. My fields are on running sand anyway so drain beautifully all year round.

Yeeessss. Thank god Scooby's such a neat little man, his feathers don't seem to get muddy, ever! (I bet now I've said that, I'll go down tomorrow and he'll be rooted in the stuff...)

Not muddy fields but strangely 1 very muddy horse, I don't know where she finds it !!

Mine is very much a mire at the gate already. We've had sooo much rain

Thankfully the rest of the park is fairly well drained so it's okay so far...

the main gateway between the fields is a slippery bog and verging on dangerous.I hate trying to get horses in when there are fights at the gate over who gets to come in first.

No 1 Little Grey Welshie is mud coloured today, not white. Picked the muddiest bit to lie in of course.

Our fields are very sandy so still quite hard and no mud. We rarely get mud even in gateways
