Anyone else having serious issues getting hold of NFU?

Have been trying to ring them all afternoon re; my claim but NOONE picks up the phone despite me leaving it to ring.

They hardly ever answer the claims line! If you get through to the answer phone do leave a message, as I have been pleasantly surprised that they do actually call back.

You should ring the sales line I bet that gets answered, and then ask to be transferred to claims

Do you have an advisor ? ring him/her if they do not help threathen to cancel. Works a treat
