Started to keep a track this year...mine are 4 weeks into coming back in work after winter hols and doing 30 miles a week each atm
:)
Hoping to increase to around 70 though!

I have always kept a diary of the time and distance I ride, it has helped a lot over the years. I usually ride on average my main horse about 50/60 Miles a week

If I get 2 of mine at 70miles and the younger one at 50, and the shared horse at 50 I think I will be happy..... :)

I keep a spreadsheet and it produces graphs of how much I have hacked each month. It is handy for keeping track of distance as I have signed up for #hack1000miles.

I don't now but i know most of the routes and can do a rough ball park figure which is normally about 30 miles a week for hacking when I've got something in work.

As a teenager, I had the most wonderful pony who lived for hacking and we'd frequently disappear for the day, and could do 30 miles easily by going from sunrise to whenever we could be bothered. Lots of trotting, he could jog like a western horse and keep it up for hours and you didn't have to rise an inch. Our longest ride was 52 miles, and we often made 150 / 175 for the week. This was only in the 6 weeks of the school holidays sadly - he'd look like a racehorse by the end. If only we could go back and do it all again...
