Every christmas I have problems with my H & H subscription, twice having had it cancelled for no reason whatsoever, despite still taking my money!

True to form it has not arrived today, so if it's not here tomorrow, heads will roll!!

Anyone else had the same problem?
 
I had the problem all year round so I cancelled. Easier to get it from tesco!

I think I upset the H+H staff yesterday at Olympia as they had new issue for £1 so I got that. They tried to get me to re subscribe and I explained exactly why I won't do it. While I was talking two other people were signing up for subscriptions so I probably put them off!
 
You may find it's Xmas pressure - term used by royal mail due to extra workload this time of year. I've not had mine but I delivered a couple today. My home post comes from a different office. We're probably delivering the best part of 3000 Xmas cards a day at the moment per delivery round (average 500 houses per round) on top of the normal post so there may not be enough staff / time to sort non-stamped (live) mail. I got mine on Friday last week so hopefully I'll get it tomorrow.
 
Don't get me wrong - I am not having a go at the postal system as appreciate how busy they must be!

I just get very suspicious when it doesn't come as IPC have 'by mistake' cancelled my subscription twice now, which has always co-incided with this time of year, and as my hunt is due to feature in a forthcoming issue, will not be impressed if i miss it.

Will see what postie brings tomorrow...
 
No worries, I didn't think you were as you said it was your subscription. It frustrates me when I don't get mine on a Thursday especially when Ive been delivering them. Can't do big happy smiley as on my phone.
 
The buggers wrap it in plastic and put a sheet of A4 over the front cover ! I've tried believe me. If you curve it slightly you can just about see the picture and read a couple of the headings. Damn them.......
 
havent got mine either! All my post seems to be a day late though - we are used to it her esecially this time of year. Last year we had so much snow we didnt get post for days :eek:
 
No didnt get mine today either. Now last year we were under 2 ft of snow that lasted a few weeks, so I could forgive the late delivery. This year however I am feeling unsympathetic, and have decided its going to be cheaper and easier all round if I just bought it when I want from the shop!
 
Me:(, year or so ago they were always late but been on time fir ages(until today). Confused me,as made me think it wasn't Thursday as it hadn't come!
