Anyone else NOT made it to Olympia tonight because of the train probs?

Dr Weevil, Dr Sunflower and I had tickets for Olympia tonight, and yet weren't able to go because of the snow making so many trains greatly delayed or cancelled

We are gutted, to say the least

But have salvaged the evening by purchasing some Eurosport coverage of it, a load of chinese food, and lots of wine, to enjoy back at mine in front of the fire

Really sad not to have made it. I've only been once before, about 15 year ago

We made it by train, it was an hour late either way which was bl**dy freezing waiting on the platform, but at least we made it!

It was such a shame you didn't make it

. We got the train from Peterborough and they were all running fine and of course not so much as a flake of snow in London.

No consolation I know but there were lots of empty seats for a Saturday night.

I had tickets for Friday, i drove the big 4x4 down to Burnt Oak, there was no way i was relying on trains.

If it was Fri you was going you all could have fitted in the 4x4
