I think it is bloody stupid, bog standard looking horse, that is already reproducing.
Maybe another fb page saying be sensible get fiver gelded
Seems not to be the owner starting the fb page, but has agreed that is they get 1000 people in 3 week they wont geld him.
They seem to think if he is gelded he will become a donkey, yeah right because all geldings are old plods
