Anyone else still waiting for Xmas Presents to arrive?

A sort of general equestrian theme - but am I the only one who is still waiting for parcels to arrive that I ordered before Christmas?

Can't say what I ordered as the person I ordered for reads this forum, but sort of connected as a "horsey" present. I've rung the shop I ordered from a week before Xmas to ask where it was and they assured me it had been posted it. I rang again leading up to Xmas and again on Xmas Eve and again the man I spoke to seemed genuine enough, but sadly all their parcels get posted as a general standard Royal Mail.

I've phoned our local sorting office but they can't check through as they say "there are loads of people like you in the same boat - all waiting".

So having had to rush out Xmas Eve to buy other presents just to give out the next day - I'm still waiting for the original presents to arrive.

Anyone else sitting waiting for stuff?

I ordered a Bentley Grooming kit off buy_direct2004 on ebay on the 21st December, received on Christmas Eve and that was through Royal Mail. Guess it's abit of pot luck on that one? How frustrating though! I ordered a load of stuff from one of the horsey catalogues, parcels came in dribs and drabs and I received my last parcel 2 months after I had made the initial order!!!! xx

yup orderer some stuff on the 9th off moviesandgames.co.uk and it still hasnt arrived - absolute joke considering it was £4 postage!

Yes, I posted a present on December 15 to an Italian friend from another horsey forum, and it hasn't arrived yet

Poor you, I hope they all arrive safely soon and everyone enjoys their belated presents.

I bought a rug off ebay on the 23rd, it was sent out that afternoon (in a bin bag) and arrived on Christmas Eve!! I was amazed...it had even been flown down from Aberdeen to Bournemouth airport all on normal first class posting!!
