anyone else think liverpool wood pellets have changed???

I have been using lwp for approx 3years now and they have always been fab. I open a bag and put it in a wheelbarrow and pour approx half a bucket of water on and you used to be able to see it puff up almost instantly but now i pour the water on and have to wait forever for it to puff up and its just not as absorbant anymore. Has anyone else experienced this???

I just ordered lwp and find them.v fluffy and they fluff up really quickly. Have u spoken to them? Maybe worth a.call could.be.a different.batch
 
Mine took a while to fluff up but they did fluff up... 1 bag took up the entire wheelbarrow! I think it's a lot to do with the temp although I don't normally activate mine, I just whack the pellets into the bed, but needed to add a bit of substance today as he lies down. I've found them just as good as when I used them two years ago, almost better because I know how to manage them better now :)

No Fluffiness!

We havent changed anything about our pellets, consistency of the quality of pellets is one of our biggest priorities, the fluffing up is down to the cold weather, to see the adverse effect add some boiling water to a sample of pellets and se how quickly they change.

We have a no quibble guarantee for things just like this, give us a call on monday and we will gladly swap your pellets, it really isnt a problem for us to do that. Your our customer and we want you happy.

My first time with LWP and no they don't 'fluff up' an awful lot, tried the warm water on them this morning - helped a little !

1 bag + water = 1 overflowing wheelbarrow, spray them, go for a ride, come back and tip into bed, rake over and you are done :) I love mine, and I love how it dries the floor out in winter, the only spot of damp is under bens water bucket :D
