Defined, as Thistle points out, by its head and shoulders...

The 2* is in the final stages now, 4* at 11am our time.

Please send huge pole staying up vives for the 4th rider to jump, she is a good friend of B. Have known her for years, her first 4*, with just the aim of completing.

Actually, I'm assumping that France changed the clocks last night too. If they didn't it will be 10am, but doubt it as they need to change to course so 11am looks more likely. There is a break for lunch with the second session starting at 1.40 our time

you are correct clocks changed aswell in europe so 11am ,will have fingers crossed for Sarah(B) as its nice to see her with a good team of up and coming horses.

Well it was running backwards at high speed!!! Now it says session 2 but its not loading. Normally when they're at lunch it's just a view of the arena so def not working I think. Might be my iPad ill go online.

Suspect mr fox Pitt is very happy a 1st with Seacooky and a 3rd with Cool Mountain who was doing his 1st 4# post injury in 2011
Sj caused carnage

The French rider on the Anglo Arab, made a very good job of the jumping for second, just 0.2 away.
I thought the winner was a tad lucky just to have the four faults, (sorry!!)
Pleased to see the new surface on the jumping arena,
For us, I liked Emily Baldwins ride a lot.
I switched to Equidia for the last half of todays riders, did FEI tv ever come back on live after the first half had finished?

That rule refers to the route taken to get from a to b to c. The rule defining a run out says that the head, neck and both shoulders must stay between the flags and within the extremities of the fence which he did.

Emily Baldwin was not riding. Maybe you mean Emily Llewellyn? I agree about Maxim Livio and the winner. 3rd was pretty lucky too!
Very few 4* horses jumped well on the new surface although the 2* ones were fine.
