i wormed my youngster last week with panacur the one flavoured with cinnamon and apple and the next day he was covered in bumps so he had, had an allergic reaction to something could it have been the flavourings or an active ingredient or do you think it had nothing to do with the wormer?

eqvalan(sp?) made FB look like a drunk. He was actually sitting on the bottom rail of the fence and looking really woozy. He recovered fine but I've never used it since.

This has nothing to do with your post really but I would be careful with panacur. I gave it to one of my mares, but found a weird bit in her poo a few weeks later. I got the vet to check out what it was in her poo and I found out that it was in fact a bit of her gut wall that the worms had been eating. She made a full recovery but apparently some horses are immune to panacure, just thought I would tell you, just incase.
