Looking a bit tired and sad these days? Is it just the time of year? My boy is usually quite a cheeky wee dude but lately he's been quite quiet and reserved. He still gets excited and whikers at his dinner and play ball but just looks a bit the rest of the time! I think it's because he's not really getting any grass , he's always looking for food which is difficult as he gains weight easily so have to restrict his hay.

My Arab is fed up we have zero grass and today what there was is covered in snow so he was stood at the gate quite a bit, I was putting hay out but his not a forager like my mare she is happy nibbling at bits in the field, I just cant wait for some warmer weather it is freezing and seems like it has been for ages.

Same here. They will perk up when the sun comes out and the grass starts growing. xx
