Anyone elses horses full of beans?

Just wondering, my horsey is very lively at the mo. My normal non spooky horsey who pays attention to his mummy has now turned into a little monkey!

Anyone elses horses feeling good in the sunshine?

Actually the youngsters are full of the joys of spring at the moment, never seen them so playful
 
Well, mine, who can be a little sh1t at this time of year, is actually behaving himself quite well.

We had the hounds right on our doorstep yesterday but I was at work so mum had to deal with it.

Both horses were out in the field but apart fom trotting up and down the fence a few times they weren't too bad!

Today though, Boo spent most of his hack still looking for the hounds

Yes, full of the joys of spring, not helped by the fact that he's been on a weeks rest, due to a pulled muscle / tendon in one of his hind quarters.

Rode him today for the first time (I have been walking him in hand), and I was under strict instructions just to walk him, which was hard, as he really wanted to go.

Let's see what he's like on Friday

Yep took my daughter and me over an hour of tag to catch one very lively pony last night; and bless by the end of all that you still have to be friendly when you finally catch the B*gg**s, just so they know you're a friendly person to be around.

One of mine has definately caught spring fever. The other never seems to get affected by it luckily, I don't think I'd have the energy to chase both of them.
