Growing their winter wollies already?
I went on holiday beginning of last week and left my TB with his summer sheet on and since coming back I have noticed that he has become rather furry over his back and top of his quarters.
Would wearing the rug have caused this or is he preparing for the cold already?

Mine are sweating like crazy today! Lots of grease but no sign of a winter coat!

u would have thought so looking at our guys yest and today,but their whole summer coats were stood on end due the sun and heat,they looked like fluffy teddys,lol,back to sleek and shiny this eve

,thank god...if i have to think about a winter coat at the mo will probably tip me over the edge,after the crap summer we have had,lol

Yep Ellie started getting a fluffy bum before this spell of hot weather and is moulting again

Same here. Clouds of tiny summer hairs coming out at every grooming. Winter's round the corner folks! What's everyone doing for Christmas?

Noticed a couple of weeks ago that one of ours had started sprouting a few extra hairs
