My local vet is fab, best thing since sliced bread and he looks after all our pets and smallholding animals, call out charges are reasonable
We recently bought two ponies and called the vet to arrange a visit and the receptionist informed us that they no longer look after equines and have chosen to concentrate on small animals and farm animals
We registered the ponies with a specialist equine vet a bit further away, they are very nice and our pony has got good care but I am still a bit disappointed that our normal vet cant cover the ponies, apart from anything the charges are significantly different between the two practices
Anyone else have this problem?
