We had this last year at the yard, all the mares were coming into season, our 21 year old mare was constantly in season! To cut a long story short it turned out that our mare had a granulosa cell tumour on her ovary which was giving off hormones that was making all the mares come into season! It's been removed earlier this year, this autumn has been very peaceful now she's back to normal! Last year we and yard owner thought it was cause the weather was so mild, how wrong we were!
