How long did it take to your belongings back?

The stitching is starting to come undone a little on my bromonts and my local saddlery has said they will send them back to Ariat for me but they are insulated ones for the winter - I don't want to get them back in time for Spring!!

I suppose that's not too bad, but I'm not sure I can survive without them!!
Hmm, I might see if Roger can do something with them!

My sister had an ongoing dispute with them over a pair of Devon Pros.

After lots of letter they did replace them but she had to be fairly persistent!!

Sent mine back with a broken zip, hadn't even ridden in them, they were replaced within a week, so coulnd't fault that. Think I read on a previous ariat post here that they have nowhere to repair boots in this country so they send out new ones, might be completely wrong about that though.

If you do send them back it is well worth giving them a good clean and polish before doing so!

I sent my Insulated Ariat Bromonts back this Monday (following on from a previous post about Ariat's quality which galvanised me). The decorative stitching at the toe has come undone and you can see the string underneath it. Sounds similar to your problem. We will have to keep in touch to see how our claim goes!

Oh mine's not as bad as yours, it's just the little flap where the press stud is at the top of the zip has started to come undone. The boots are a year old however I bought them 1 week before I had to stop riding for 9 months so they've not had a lot of wear!!

My Bromont zip insulated short boots had a zip that kept sticking then coming apart. I contacted Ariat directly and made a contact there, then sent the boots directly to the same person. She emailed upon receipt to say that the boots were faulty and a replacement pair arrived within the week. Sometimes I do think that avoiding the retailer is better as it can save time, but obviously not all manufacturers will deal with you directly. Hope it all goes well for you.

Just got a phone call to say Ariat have sent me a brand new pair of Bromont boots to replace the ones I sent with faulty stitching. The shop said they would give me a new receipt too so any problems and I will send these suckers back too!
