and I'd be interested to know if anyone else had used one or seen one or even heard if they're any good?

I'm interested in the movable gullet idea, might be just the thing to help encourage my boy to stretch out the stride a bit. My instructor also says my current saddle isn't doing my position any favours as it pushes my lower leg too far back and the seat's too big for my scrawny bum so I end up sliding about in it!

treeless arent impossible to jump in at all, they do come in different styles, i have just bought a second treeless saddle and got one that looks like a conventional saddle, cant wait to get it
they are good though in my experience for all disciplines, some top riders use them
i dont know abut the stride saddles i have seen them on ebay and alot seem to get sold so, hard to say but they look cheap and cheerful if you know what i mean

Yeah know what you mean about that. I just need something fairly cheap but that will do a better job than the one he has right now. My one was really cheap (£50 brand new) and fits him really well, its just me thats the problem!

Treeless might be worth looking at if I can afford one :S
