Found a lovely senior entire male BT last night, and also his very timid OH - a short legged JRT bitch.
Despite being very stressed and frightened on the road they were totally non-aggressive; they travelled fine in my car to my LOVELY vet who opened up to take them in for me late last night. They've now been transferred via the dog warden to the local kennels they use for the next seven days.
They aren't microchipped; I've put them up on doglost and one or two other sites; vet is circulating others in area.
Would anyone be interested? They were a lovely COUPLE and really shouldn't be separated. I need two terriers like I need a hole in the head; the size difference with my other dogs and the possible timidity of the JRT bitch and my arsey GSP bitch could be a problem, so if anyone is interested in two lovely, elderly statesmen/women, please PM me. They are at a guess middle aged and not ancient, so many years ahead of them, but likely to be undemanding but very rewarding.
